Collection of articles published by the Instituto Lean Management.

In this book, the articles published by the author, as president of the Lean Management Institute of Spain, are compiled on its website. Each and every one of the articles is dedicated to delving into the nature of the key concepts to implement Lean Management in all its dimensions, the management model increasingly used in any company or business, be it industrial or services, in this XXI century.

The objective pursued, which is not easy on the other hand, is that those who wish to do so, come to understand such concepts clearly, completely and exhaustively and, of course, without confusion. Only in this way, they will be able to implement them in their case and with a sufficiently open mind to do so.

The work is divided into three parts, which include the articles corresponding to the three thematic groups of the same: the concepts, essential aspects and principles that govern Lean Management, the efficient and competitive implementation of Lean Management, with the aspects to take into account and, thirdly, the role of Lean Management in times of crisis.
