About us

Instituto Lean Management is a non-profit association established by professionals and experts in Lean thinking.

Our mission is to help disseminate Lean and support its practical application across different organisations and sectors. We do this through training, implementation projects, events, conferences, publications, translations, working sessions, collaboration and research.

Lean: creating more value with less waste

We understand Lean as a practical way of organising, managing and learning that focuses on value for the customer and on people while identifying and eliminating activities that do not add value. Continuous improvement is an essential part of this way of thinking and working.

An international network

Instituto Lean Management is a member of the Lean Global Network, the international network of Lean institutes.

Our shop

Through this shop we make available books, manuals, kits and other resources related to Lean Management and continuous improvement, selected to support learning and practical application.
