SOLVING (WITHOUT) PROBLEMS proposes a methodology inspired by the Toyota production system that allows us to manage the problems that affect the good development of the processes.

The proposed methodology can be applied in any organization, regardless of the sector and the level of progress in the transformation process. The importance of measurement to understand and quantify the main business problems; know the main reasons that prevent achieving the objectives set and, finally, manage the action on them, ensuring the sustainability of the proposed solutions over time; These are some of the aspects discussed in the book. The chapters contain theoretical content, which is accompanied by a novel based on the case of the company NESAL & Co. in which the described methodology is applied.
