General terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller identification

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases of products offered through the online shop. Before confirming an order, customers can review the product description, price, taxes, availability and applicable shipping options.

3. Ordering process

The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, provides the information needed to process the order, chooses the available delivery and payment options and confirms the purchase. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices shown in the shop are those in force at the time of purchase. Where taxes are stated as included, the price includes the taxes applicable to that transaction. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed.

5. Availability

Orders are subject to availability. If, exceptionally, a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, a replacement where suitable, or a refund.

6. Payment

Card payments and other enabled options are processed through Stripe. The shop does not need to store full card details in order to process these payments.

7. Delivery

Shipping times and conditions are described on the Shipping and returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Instituto Lean Management.

8. Withdrawal and returns

Where consumer protection rules apply, customers generally have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. Conditions and procedures are explained on the Shipping and returns page.

If digital content or services with immediate performance are offered in the future, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where the legal requirements are met and the customer has provided any required consent and acknowledgement.

11. Governing law and disputes
