Shipping and returns

1. Shipping destinations

The Instituto Lean Management shop ships to Spain and to other countries. Available shipping options and transport costs are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

2. Estimated delivery times

Spain: the estimated delivery time is approximately 48 business hours once the order has been dispatched.

International shipments: the estimated delivery time is between 1 and 2 weeks. These times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, public holidays, logistical incidents or customs procedures.

3. Customs, taxes and import charges

Shipments outside the European Union or to territories with special tax regimes may be subject to taxes, customs duties, fees or handling charges imposed by authorities or the carrier. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these amounts are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with any other issue, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@institutolean.org, stating the order number and, where appropriate, attaching photographs.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where consumer protection rules apply, the customer generally has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify us of the decision to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, please write to shop@institutolean.org stating the order number and the products to be returned.

6. Return conditions

Products must be returned in good condition and, whenever possible, with their original packaging and components. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Except where a product is defective, damaged or sent in error, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Returns should be sent to: Instituto Lean Management, Marges 14, 08172 Sant Cugat (Barcelona), Spain.

7. Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the time limits required by applicable law.
