This book is about transferring the reader an alternative business model more in line with the current needs of an increasingly demanding, changing market and in search of management systems that lead us to sustainable companies. In its pages a new management model is developed applied to the retail sector, a sustainable business model focused on the client and society. In the development of the content of the book two parts are distinguished by making a simile with the human body, the head and the extremities. The first part is dedicated to providing the company with enough content so that its head imposes the right pace and direction. The second part of the book continues with the limbs, which with the help of process management, project management and teamwork, should be able to maneuver with proper coordination and success to drive the retail company towards the excellence.
