Lean Management is the business management model of the 21st century. Born from the application of the system developed by Toyota, which has been so successful, but applied to all types of activity sectors - be they industrial or services - Lean Management, compared to traditional management models, is a much more competitive way of managing a company or a business. It is applicable both in the aspects of quality, as of productivity and costs, of response time to the market, of the variety of product offered, flexibility to adapt to demand fluctuations, among others.
