The lean management, the new management approach originally developed by Toyota, has proved very high levels of efficiency and competitiveness. Today, there are very known cases of success, companies that have adopted it, starting from Toyota itself, worldwide automotive leader. The new Lean Management Institute of Spain invites you all to participate in this Lean Event in Barcelona (Spain), whose goals are: Why to adopt the lean management in the current company of any kind of activity. Which are the key aspects adopting the lean management. Cases with high relevancy, from companies of any kind of sector. In order to achieve that, the Barcelona Lean Summit 2007 will count with some of the greatest figures of the lean management, and with companies from different sectors whose experience in the adoption of the lean management have been considered highly interesting.
	All the plenary sessions and some of the breakouts will have simultaneous translation.
